2. Working principle
The machine is equipped with a screw with different parameters, which rotates in a cylinder with a certain temperature, and the other end of the cylinder is provided with a feeding hopper. This interface is relatively complete, can complete 6-channel temperature measurement and control, including speed setting, measurement and control, torque, pressure measurement and so on. The curve window can display the above data versus time curve in real time. These data can be processed by dedicated WinNian data.
When the screw speed of the extruder is changed, the P value of the pressure difference inside and outside the die and the Q value of the extrusion flow rate can be changed, and the test data can be saved in the form of a file.
