The experts all agreed that the three achievements related to the key technologies for the industrialization of pumpkin deep processing have reached the leading level in the country, and the key technologies for industrialization of pumpkin polysaccharide extraction have reached the international advanced level.
The key technology series of the industrialization of pumpkin deep processing include three aspects of research on industrial technology of instant pumpkin powder, key technologies for the industrialization of pumpkin polysaccharide extraction, and technology for industrialization of pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin protein production. According to calculations, this technology can increase the benefit of 2,700 yuan per ton of fresh pumpkin.
