2. Preparation of cultivars: At present, the strains used for artificial cultivation of mushrooms are mainly woody strains and species of wood strains.
(1) The medium formulation for the preparation of woody spore species is: 7.5 kg of various hard and dry wood chips suitable for the growth of shiitake mushrooms, 2.2 kg of rice bran or bran, 0.15 kg of sucrose, 0.15 kg of gypsum powder and 15 kg of water. According to the above proportions, mix wood chips and rice bran first, and dissolve sucrose and gypsum powder in 10 kg of water. Then pour the mixture into the above mixture and mix well. (2) Preparation of seed strains: The seed strains of shiitake mushrooms are mainly triangular wood and round wood. Triangle wood is made of wood suitable for growing shiitake mushrooms into wood strips 0.8 centimeters thick and 1 centimeter wide, and then processed into triangular wood blocks (specifications: thickness 0.8 centimeters, width 1 centimeter, height 1-1.5 centimeters). The logs were first sawed wood into 1.2 cm wood chips, and washed down with belts one by one. The processed triangular wood or logs should be dried immediately. To make a 10 kg dry seeding medium, add 2 kg wood chips, 1 kg rice bran (or bran), 0.1 kg sucrose, 0.1 kg gypsum powder, and 4.5 kg water. Soak the dry seed wood in the 1% sugar solution for 12-24 hours or in the pot and boil it for 15-20 minutes. Remove the wood and mix with three-quarters of the mixture. Inoculation and cultivation of Duanmu
1. The choice of mushroom farm should be considered from the aspects of temperature, humidity, light, ventilation, etc. It is best to choose a gentle slope or open land facing south from south to south. Inoculation method:
(1) punch holes with a belt, the hole must be at least 1 cm deep wood, the general spacing of 20-30 cm, spacing 6-10 cm.

(3) Put the bark cover (slightly larger than the hole) prepared in advance on the hole cover, and tap it with a hammer to make it tightly plug the hole. The bacterial strain should be used on the same day as the bottle was opened on the same day. It will not be contaminated with bacteria. Mushrooms after inoculation in winter should be stacked tightly on the leeward warm place of the mushroom farm, surrounded by nylon paper, and covered with branches. The nylon paper should be tilted every three to five days to make air change. After 20 days, white hyphae grew on the edge of the inoculation hole, indicating that the hyphae had colonized successfully. The germination period lasts for about 1-1.5 months.

When the average temperature drops to around 15°C on that day, the mature mushrooms will be moved out of the mushroom farm in the autumn, and the trees will be re-arranged to make up the water. Mushrooms after watering, in case of low temperatures below 10°C, should be stacked in a sunny place, covered with nylon paper or straw mats, until a large number of mushroom buds grow, then scattered piles of wood.
After the mushroom is harvested, the wood is to be returned to the farm for stacking, managed according to the conventional method of cultivating bacteria, and special attention shall be paid to the control of pests and diseases, moisture, and sun protection, so that the mushroom mycelia will continue to grow, so that the normal mushroom production will occur again in the coming year.
Mushrooms usually grow to maturity in the seven or eight mushrooms, forming the edge of copper. That is timely picking. Pick mushrooms should be selected to be sunny, the entire mushroom root picking, and drying in time drying. The dried degree of commercial mushroom must reach about 18% of water content for long-term preservation.
