● Please familiarize yourself with the contents of this manual before installation, use, maintenance, and inspection.
● The power supply voltage must be the same as specified in the instrument.
● No load is not suitable for high speed operation.
● The life of the electrical box has a great influence on the ambient temperature and humidity. Please keep the speed and the motor dry.
● Install the machine first and then be wired by a professional electrician. The ground terminal must be grounded. The high temperature bath must be connected to the open switch.
● Within 5 minutes after the power is turned off, there is a possibility of electric shock due to discharge of the inverter or capacitor.
● Pay attention to the impact of hard objects (watches, rings, belt buckles, etc.) on the glass during work.
● Be careful when connecting the vacuum tube to avoid excessive damage to the human body caused by the glass.
● When using high-temperature circulating oil bath, pay attention to the damage of high temperature to human body. Third, the installation of the instrument:
(Only for reactors below 5L, more than 5L are equipped with special personnel)
1. After opening the package, check whether the main accessories of the machine are complete according to the packing list.
2. Assemble the frame in accordance with the drawings as shown in the figure.
3. Install the electrical box on the top of the right rear pole and tighten the screws and insert the seven-pin plug. Install the vacuum gauge on the left rear end and tighten the screws.
4. According to the height of use, the circular bracket of the reaction kettle is fixed on the vertical pole slider, the reaction kettle is placed on the bracket, and the semi-circular hoop is used to insert the vertical rod into the pole slider.

Tighten the fixing screws after closing. Pay attention to the vertical direction of the reactor body during installation.
5. The stir bar is fixed on the ring clamp of the motor main shaft. The stir bar passes through the middle rotary bearing of the cover, tightens the special connector, and then adjusts the position of the motor, paying attention to the vertical concentricity.
6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp that adjusts the direction and height in different directions.
7. On the left side of the bottle cap, the 40# standard port plug-in type reflux condenser, the right side 40# is the feeding port connected to the constant pressure funnel, the middle front 24# port is the plug-in thermometer casing mouth, and the hat rear is the 34# standard port. It is a multi-functional spare port, and the bottom is provided with a discharge valve, and the bottom of the kettle body is respectively a circulating fluid inlet and outlet. The lower port is connected to the circulating fluid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating fluid return port.
8. It must be cleaned when installing the glass instrument.
9. Press the universal wheel wheel fixing device to stir. If the stirring is stable, the debugging is good.
four. Instructions:
1. Check that the power supply voltage is consistent with the specifications provided on the machine nameplate.
2. Plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch on the inverter, and use the speed control knob to select the appropriate speed.
3. The flow of material and the power of the motor speed may resonate at a certain point. Please change the speed of the motor to avoid resonance.
4. After the stir bar is installed, it must be rotated by hand. Pay attention to whether the concentricity is good. If the heart is not good, the heavy clamp should be loosened. After the clamp is turned on, turn on the power and adjust gradually from slow to fast.
5, using the stir bar regulator, you can make the stirring leaves up and down 5cm as needed.
6. If the sealing performance of the kettle is found to be degraded, please check the rotary bearing in the agitator sleeve.
7. The glass equipment of the reactor is made of GG.17 low expansion coefficient high temperature resistant borosilicate glass. The user should self-fit glass bottles such as reaction bottles. Please confirm the glass material to ensure safe use.
8. The outer layer of the double-layer glass reactor is connected to the external circulation port. The hot oil can be used for heating reaction. The coolant can be used for low-temperature reaction. If it is heated by steam, it should not exceed 0.5K-1K. (Try not to use pressure steam to heat).
9. When the double-layer glass reactor is tested at low temperature, the discharge valve at the bottom will be frosted. When using the valve, it must be partially thawed to prevent the glass from being broken.
10. If there are particulate objects in the solution during use, it is possible to store the remaining materials on the PTFE piston of the valve. When used again, the airtightness will be affected. Be sure to clean and re-use each time after discharging. .
Five, maintenance instructions
1. Check the instrument carefully before use. Whether the glass bottle is damaged or not, and whether the interfaces are consistent, pay attention to light handling.
2. Wipe each interface with a soft cloth (can be replaced with a napkin) and apply a small amount of vacuum grease. (The vacuum grease must be covered after use to prevent the entry of sand.)

3. The interfaces should not be tightened too tightly. It should be loosened regularly to avoid the long-term tight lock and cause the connector to bite.
4. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When the machine stops, stop the machine and turn off the switch.
5, the PTFE switch everywhere can not be tightened too much, easy to damage the glass.
6. After each use, you must use a soft cloth to clean all kinds of oil traces left on the surface of the machine, stains, solvent remaining, and keep clean.
7. Loosen the PTFE switches after shutdown, and the PTFE piston will be deformed when it is still working for a long time.
8. Clean the seal ring regularly by removing the seal ring and checking for dirt on the shaft. Wipe it off with a soft cloth, then apply a little vacuum grease and reinstall it to keep the shaft and seal ring smooth.
9. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to get wet.
10, must purchase the original authentic accessories, free use of other accessories can cause fatal damage to the machine.
11. When doing any repairs or inspections on the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply and water source.
