(I) Broodstock cultivation pond
1. The environmental condition of ponds in the pond is very important. To facilitate the growth, development, and management of the broodstock, the brooding pond should be equipped with convenient drainage, wide open space, sunny ventilation, quiet environment, convenient transportation, and proximity. Spawning ponds and places where broodstock transportation is convenient.
2. The area and water depth of the pro-fish pond area should be 2-4 mu, and the water depth should be 1.5-2 meters. The area should not be too large or too small, and the water level should not be too deep or too shallow. If the area is too small or the water level is too shallow, the quality of water or water temperature will change too much. Once improperly managed, flooding will occur. If the area is too large or the water level is too high, it will be beneficial to the life of the broodstock, but it will increase the difficulty of management and fishing, thus increasing the number of net fishing. The excessive number of fishing by pulling the net will make the gonads of the late oyster-producing broodstock degenerate and affect the oxytocin production.
