Reasons for low vacuum of vacuum pump :
(1) The vacuum pump itself leaks: 1. The seal ring leaks. The sealing of all sealing parts should be checked, the damaged sealing ring should be replaced, 2. The gas ballast valve GASKET should be damaged: or not tightened. The gasket should be replaced and the gas ballast valve should be tightened; 3. The exhaust valve plate is damaged and the seal is not good. The valve plate should be replaced; 4. When the diaphragm is pressed in the vacuum pump, the interference is too large, causing the vacuum pump chamber to deform and leak. The vacuum pump chamber should be trimmed or replaced. 5. Air leakage due to poor oil seal on the end face of the vacuum pump. The end caps should be removed to check for debris or unevenness and to be cleaned or repaired.
(2) There is a problem with the vacuum pump oil. 1. The oil level is too low. The oil should be added to the center line of the oil mark. 2. The oil is contaminated and the oil quality deteriorates. The new oil should be replaced. 3. The oil grade does not match. The vacuum pump oil of the specified grade should be replaced. 4. The oil path is not available, and the proper amount of oil is not maintained in the vacuum pump chamber. The oil intake of the oil passage and the oil valve should be checked to keep the oil passage unblocked.
(3) The Filter of the air inlet is blocked. The filter should be removed and cleaned before being installed.
(4) The spring deformation or breakage of the rotor and the rotation of the rotor are not working. The spring deformation should be refurbished or replaced to make the rotor assembly rotate well.
(5) The vacuum pump temperature is too high, 1. The temperature of the pumped gas is too high. Allow the gas to cool before entering the vacuum pump. 2. Inhale the hard object to wear the vacuum pump body. The vacuum pump should be dismantled to remove hard objects, and the scratched parts should be repaired or replaced. 3. The vacuum pump cooling water flow is not enough. The cooling water flow should be increased. 4. Improper assembly causes the rotor shaft to be displaced, resulting in single-sided wear. The inspection should be disassembled and reassembled.
(6) The fit clearance is too large due to poor machining or wear. The clearance between the vacuum pump chamber, the rotor, the rotary vane and the end cover should be checked, and the required accuracy should be repaired or replaced.
(7) Friction and heat generation during operation of the vacuum pump. The temperature rise is too high, so that the vacuum pump oil is thinned and the sealing property is deteriorated. Cool down the water or use an electric fan to cool down. At the same time, check the clearance of the relevant parts and repair or replace them according to the specified accuracy requirements.
Vacuum pump vacuum adjustment:
Many micro vacuum pumps do not have the function of adjusting the degree of vacuum. They are only adjusted by adding valves. For example, a precision Pressure Relief Valve is connected to the pumping end of the pump. When the vacuum is high, the valve is opened and the vacuum is lowered. This fine pressure relief valve also has a directional discharge of toxic gas, etc., to the passage of the designated container, which is a function that many valves do not have. A smart vacuum pump can be used. There are buttons on the pump to set the negative pressure, and the LCD panel displays the negative pressure. There is also a knob that adjusts the flow rate to large and small. This kind of intelligent vacuum pump is also called AC vacuum pump and digital vacuum pump.
