Scientists have overcome the problem of lack of research materials, established a research method of micro-cells, and first studied the activation mechanism of human embryo genome in the world, and found the key molecule (Oct4) that initiates the expression of human genome. They found that in the evolutionary history, the first genes (old genes) were first expressed, and the last genes that appeared were often expressed later. The reason is that the cell setting program allows the old gene's regulatory switch to be turned on first.

The study also revealed an important new mechanism for human evolution. Mutations in DNA cause human evolution. There are a class of DNA fragments called transposons in DNA sequences that often jump from one region to another. This beating produces DNA mutations. In this study, scientists have determined that transposons cause human evolution. The important reason for human evolution is that the transposon that is responsible for human evolution is mainly active in the embryo, causing new mutations in the human genome, and only mutations in the embryo.
