5. Management before caisson. The caisson must be fed before the winter, until the fish is not eaten. The water temperature is about 5°C~6°C to keep the fish healthy before winter, so do not cause fish to be frail due to premature feeding.
6. The temperature of the water in the caisson is mastered. When the caisson water temperature should be chosen at about 4 °C, then the water temperature above and below the water body is basically the same, the convection of the upper and lower water bodies end, the fish physiological condition is stable when sinking, and will not cause unrest due to changes in the water layer.
