Quantitative filling machine operation instructions

First, according to the size of the package, the unit and number of the time relay are selected. The digital dialing code should be determined according to the filling specifications. Generally, the unit of measurement should be selected as (sec) seconds. This time relay is accurate to 1% seconds.

2. Adjust the opening degree of the ball valve above the filling head according to the filling specifications. When the filling specification is large, the valve should be opened. When the filling specification is small, the valve should be opened small. The material should be opened when the foaming is suitable. Open up.

3. Turn on the power supply, start the air compressor, and set the compressed air pressure to 0.6Mpa (6kg/cm2). (The new machine has been set before leaving the factory).

4. Open the feed valve and let the material enter the trough at the top of the filling machine. Filling is guaranteed to be accurate only when the material reaches the specified level at each filling.

5. Adjust the digital dialing code of the time relay to an appropriate digital position. (Depending on the filling specifications, small specifications should be selected as small numbers, such as 1-9, large specifications should be selected as large numbers, such as 10-90, etc.) Place the measuring cup or bottle under the filling head, step on the foot switch, let the material flow out, and wait for the filling valve to automatically shut off, pour the material out or replace the bottle, carry out the second filling, and fill it. The quantity is measured and calculated according to the following formula:

Filling specification / filling amount (calculated value) X time = required time or

Current time / actual filling volume packaging specifications = time required
Adjust the time relay to the required time value and refill the metering. If there is any error, you can make a small amount of adjustment until it meets the specifications.

6. Hold the bottle at the filling mouth and step on the foot switch. Each time you step, you can fill a bottle.

note:

(1) Do not touch the foot switch when there is no bottle.

(2) When the machine is repaired or the work is stopped, please close the upper feed pipe manual ball valve to prevent the liquid from overflowing and damage the machine.

Quantitative filling machine common fault handling

First, the filling volume is not allowed:

When filling large specifications, the feeding of the trough is insufficient, resulting in unstable liquid level. It can increase the feeding amount or re-close the ball valve above the filling head, and reset the filling time (longer filling time) to slow down the filling. Fix the speed to solve.

Second, after adjusting the digital dialing code or unit, the time does not change. At this time, turn off the power and then turn on the power again.

Third, the liquid level is stable and the filling volume is not accurate:

There are debris blocking the filling channel, mainly at the inlet of the trough or in the filling nozzle, check and clean.

4. There is a drip after closing:

1. If the orifice of the filling nozzle is damaged, the filling nozzle can be taken out and the diameter of the orifice can not be larger than 7.5mm. After fixing the hole diameter, gently smooth the orifice plane on the water sandpaper.

2. The ball valve in the filling head is damaged and the ball valve needs to be replaced.

5. After the touch switch is touched, the material is not filled. The time relay digital indicator LED does not flash:

If the injection switch is damaged or the time relay base is loose, replace the same type of injection switch or press the time relay base.

6. After touching the injection switch, the time relay digital LED indicator flashes, but does not feed:

First check if there is any air pressure or air pressure is too low, such as the air pressure meets the requirements (4-6Kg/cm2), it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by the dirt, you can unplug the power supply, open the board, use the object to swirl Or press the button next to the corresponding solenoid valve coil. If the valve can be reversed, it means the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If the valve cannot be reversed, the valve spool is stuck, and the solenoid valve coil or the disassembly valve can be replaced for repair. An electrician or a person with pneumatic knowledge can be disassembled or inspected).
