The inspection includes the fastening of the fixed parts, the belt drive, the bearing seal, the counter-lining, the wear of the lining, and establishes a regular maintenance and replacement system in conjunction with the maintenance cycle.

Regular maintenance and repairs should include: adjustment of the gap between the rotor of the impact crusher and the counter lining, timely replacement of wearing parts, regular inspection of the hammer, lining, bearing temperature and so on.

When the rotor of the impact crusher is in operation, the gap between the rotor and the counter-liner cannot be adjusted. If the material is stuck between the counterattack plate and the plate shell, it is recommended to raise the counter-attack frame slightly when the gap is re-adjusted, so that the feed of the block will become loose and the counter-attack frame can be easily adjusted. If the counter-attack is not enough, you can pat on the loose lever (protected with a piece of wood). The gap between the rotor and the counter-liner is done by the adjustment device of the machine. First loosen the bolt sleeve and then turn the long nut. At this time, the rod Will move up, adjust and tighten the screw sleeve.

When replacing the wearing parts with the impact crusher, first open the rear upper frame. When using, first remove the connecting bolts of the rear upper frame and the middle case, then use a wrench to screw the hex head part of the flip device, and the upper frame is slowly opened. At this time, the hanging frame can be hoisted to the rear frame by the hanging device above the rack, and the above process is repeated, that is, the upper frame is closed. When the counter-attack hammer is worn to a certain extent, it should be adjusted or replaced in time to avoid damage to the fasteners and other components. When replacing, open the rear upper cover and remove the split pin, slotted nut and bolt for fixing the counter-lining. In normal operation, the bearing temperature of the impact crusher should be checked in time. If an abnormality occurs, it is likely that there is too much or insufficient grease, or the grease is dirty, and the bearing may be damaged. In this case, check it in time.
