2. When the temperature in the working chamber is close to the set temperature, the HEAT light will be on and off, indicating that the heating enters the PID adjustment stage. The meter sometimes measures the temperature to exceed the set temperature, and sometimes it is normal to lower than the set temperature. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, the studio enters a constant temperature state after 1~2h, and the item enters the drying stage.

3. Modify the set temperature:

1). Press the function key (SET) of the temperature controller; after the SP screen displays the SP character, you can use the button to change the set temperature (6090 and 6210 type 2 and 3 instruments should be set separately, below) Similar);

2). After the modification is completed, press the SET button again, the PV screen displays the ST character and sets the timing time. If you do not use the timing function, you still let it ST = 0;

3). Press the SET button again to make the PV screen display the studio temperature, and the SV screen displays the new set temperature. The meter AT and HEAT lights are on, and the meter re-enters the warming state.

4. When the required temperature is low, the secondary setting mode can be used. For example, the required working temperature is 70 °C, the first time is set to 60 °C, the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, and the second time is set to 70 °C. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.

5. When the item is dry, turn off the power. If the temperature is lowered, open the bleed valve to make the vacuum level 0. Wait for about 5 minutes and then open the door.

4. If the humidity of the dry matter in the working room is large, the generated moisture will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to put a “drying/filter” between the drying box and the vacuum pump. 2. It should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is ≤85% RH, there is no corrosive gas around, no strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field exist.

3. The studio is free from explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, etc., and should not be placed in an easily, explosive, and corrosive gas-prone article.

4. The vacuum pump can't work for a long time. Therefore, when the vacuum reaches the requirements of dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, then the vacuum pump power should be turned off. When the vacuum is less than the requirements of the dry items, then the vacuum valve and the vacuum pump power supply are turned on, and the vacuum is continued. This will extend the life of the vacuum pump.

5. If the dry items are wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum drying oven and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.

6. Dry items should be light weight and small in size (small granular shape) after drying. Vacuum should be added to the working chamber to prevent the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) from being inhaled by the dry matter.

7. If the rubber plug of the bleed valve is difficult to rotate, apply a proper amount of grease to the inside. (such as Vaseline)

8. After the vacuum box is used for many times, it will not be able to vacuum. In this case, the door seal should be replaced or the door hinge on the box should be adjusted to extend the distance. When the drying temperature of the vacuum box is higher than 200 °C, it will produce slow air leakage (except 6050, 6051). At this time, remove the back cover of the box and loosen the heater base with an Allen key, change the sealing ring or tighten the heating. The base is to be solved.

9. Except for maintenance, the left side cover (except models 6090 and 6210) cannot be removed to avoid damage to the electrical control system.

10. Vacuum drying oven should always be kept clean. Do not wipe the door glass with a reactive chemical solution and wipe it with a soft cotton cloth.

11. If the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, wipe the exposed plating parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Put on the plastic film dust cover and place it in the dry room to avoid damage to the electrical components. Affect.
