First, preparation before the operation

1. Carry out maintenance of the tractor according to the instructions of the tractor's instruction manual, and add enough fuel, cooling water and lubricating oil. 2. According to the instructions of the harvester's instruction manual, carry out the maintenance of the machine, add enough lubricant, check whether the fasteners, transmission parts, etc. are loose, fall off, whether there is any damage, whether the clearance, distance and tightness of each part meet the requirements.

2. Clean the tractor radiator. Due to the harsh environment of the unit, grass clippings and dust are more likely to cause blockage of the radiator of the tractor and affect the heat dissipation of the engine. Therefore, the radiator should be cleaned frequently. 4. Clean the air filter. Grass clippings and dust can easily block the engine air filter, causing the tractor to lose power and black smoke. In severe cases, the tractor can be started hard and automatically extinguished during work. Therefore, the air filter should be cleaned frequently, or the filter screen can be prepared separately and cleaned every 4 to 6 hours. 5. Check whether the welded parts are cracked or deformed, whether the wearing parts are damaged, the straw chopper hammer, the transmission belt, the chain, the gears, the wire rope, etc. are seriously worn, and the hidden dangers are excluded. 6. Start the engine and check if the lifting suspension system is normal, and whether the operating mechanisms, indicator signs, lighting and steering system are normal. Engage the power, gently release the clutch, check whether the working parts of the unit are normal, and whether there is abnormal noise.

Second, the correct operation

1. During the long-distance walking or transportation of the hanging corn combine harvester, the header and chopper should be attached to the rear suspension at medium speed. Except for one driver, no other personnel are allowed.

2. Before entering the work area, the driver should know the basic conditions of the working plot, such as topography, crop variety, line spacing, maturity, lodging, whether there are wooden stakes, stones, and ridges in the plot. The gully, whether there is a possibility of trapping the car, etc. Try to choose the erect or lighter field harvest. Ears of corn that are severely sown before harvest and corn ears at both ends of the plot are removed and transported, followed by mechanical harvesting. 3. Before the unit enters the operation area, it should be tested again, and the engine speed should be stabilized at the normal working speed before starting the operation. Excessive speed operation is strictly prohibited. 4, first use the low 1 block test to harvest, open a lane in the middle of the ground, and cut the ground, easy to unload the grain truck and personnel through the unit and turn. 5, the test cut is normal, you can properly improve a gear operation. After a period of operation, stop the inspection to check the quality of the harvest and observe whether the adjustment of each part is appropriate. 6. The driver should flexibly operate the hydraulic handle so that the header and chopper can adapt to the terrain and agronomic requirements, and avoid the chopper hammer hitting the soil. The fusierator and the picking roller collide with the hard object to cause damage. 7. When the unit is working on the ground, do not immediately reduce the throttle. Continue to keep the working parts working, so that the straw is completely crushed. 8. When the engine cooling water temperature is too high, stop the radiator and stop the cooling water in time, but do not open the water tank cover immediately to avoid burns. After cooling for a period of time or taking protective measures, open the water tank cover and replenish the cooling. water.

Third, the safe use of specifications

1. The crew of the crew must have a driver's license issued by the agricultural machinery management department, learn and train through the operation of the corn harvester, and have experience in field operations. 2. The tractors matched with the combine harvester must pass the annual review of the agricultural machinery safety supervision department and the technical condition is good. Used corn harvesters must undergo extensive inspection and maintenance. 3. The crew of the crew is limited to 1 driver during work. It is strictly forbidden to overload the work. It is forbidden for anyone to stand near the chopper and header. 4. The shift handle and power output handle must be placed in the neutral position before the tractor starts. 5. When the unit starts, engages power, turns, and reverses, it must first honk the horn, observe the situation near the unit, and remind the redundant personnel to leave. 6. The driver must not drink alcohol during work, and it is not allowed to operate the unit under excessive fatigue and lack of sleep. 7, work should pay attention to avoid obstacles such as stone blocks, stumps, ditches, etc., so as not to cause unit failure. 8. The driver should observe and listen to the operation of each part of the unit at any time during the work. If abnormality is found, stop immediately to eliminate the fault. 9. Keep the protective cover of each part intact and effective. It is strictly forbidden to remove the protective cover. 10. Always check the integrity of the chopper jaws and find that the defects should be replaced in time. 11. It is strictly forbidden to remove weeds, check, maintain and troubleshoot the unit before it is working and not completely stopped. It must be serviced after the engine stall unit has stopped operating. It is strictly forbidden to turn the transmission mechanism when troubleshooting the transmission and moving parts such as the picking roller, the chain, the chopper, the open gear, the sprocket and the chain. 12. The unit must cut off the power of the harvester during the steering, land transfer or long-distance flight and transportation.
