Loosen the car backwards and the wheel may turn. 2. If the wheels are "stunned" due to lack of return spring elasticity, replace the return springs and bearings. 3. If the brake pin shaft and the pin shaft hole are seriously worn out, parts can be replaced, and the worn shaft and hole can be rounded and a bushing can be added.
