The main system's electrical system consists of three parts. The programmable controller (PLC) and the speed sensorless vector inverter are the core control part and the heating control part.

3) Fully automatic pillow working principle

After the system is connected to the control cabinet, you can choose to heat it. The heater uses a 48 volt safe voltage. After setting the required heating temperature, it usually takes about 20 minutes to reach the set temperature.

b) operation and speed setting

According to the operation mode, the programmable controller can select manual and automatic operation. At this time, the “POWER” and “RUN” indicators on the PLC unit are on. After adjusting the film and packaging (convenient surface block), set the operation mode switch SA2 to the "automatic" position, set the tracking switch SA3 to the "automatic" position, press the start button SB2, and the longitudinally sealed electromagnet YA1 is engaged and operated. The alarm is energized for about 2 seconds and the machine is running continuously.

The host uses KV2000 speed sensorless vector inverter for speed regulation. The operating keyboard of the inverter is installed on the operation control cabinet, and the speed adjustment is realized by the panel potentiometer R1. The speed of the motor is displayed on the operating keypad of the inverter. Speed ​​Rpm = (120 × F057 output frequency / F052 motor pole number) × gear ratio.

When the factory is out, the relevant parameters have been set, and the user generally does not want to modify the parameters.

d) tracking system

The tracking system is the control core of the packaging machine and is controlled by the PLC program (see some main PLC tracking programs). The system can be accurately positioned according to the shape and size of the packaged items, and the forward and reverse two-way tracking is used to further improve the tracking accuracy. The errors in the production process of the packaging materials are found in time, and the compensation and correction are accurately given to avoid the waste of packaging materials. After the machine is running, the film mark sensor continuously detects the film mark (color mark), and the mechanical part of the tracking micro switch detects the position of the machine. The above two signals are sent to the PLC. After the program operation, the output of the PLC is Y6 ( Positive chasing), Y12 (anti-chasing) control tracking the positive and negative tracking of the motor. If the technical requirements are not met after the predetermined number of times of tracking, the test can be automatically stopped for inspection to avoid the generation of waste products.

e) Requirements for frequency adjustment of food packaging machine

Although the transmission function of the food packaging machine is relatively simple, it has high requirements on the dynamic performance of the transmission, and the system requires fast dynamic following performance and high speed stability. Therefore, the dynamic technical specifications of the inverter must be considered, and high-performance inverters can be selected to meet the requirements.

g) In the peripheral circuit of the KV2000 inverter, it is mainly composed of six parts.

1) DC braking resistor terminal P+, DB external braking resistor R0; when the system is parked, realize instant safe parking;

2) In the control loop input terminal, FWD/REV is the forward/reverse signal, wherein FWD receives the Y0 output signal from the PLC, and the inverter runs forward at the set frequency; X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6 are Custom multi-function input selection terminal, wherein X1 receives the jog signal from PLC program control output Y1, and the inverter realizes jog operation;

3) The frequency reference is set by the potentiometer R1 installed on the electric control cabinet, which is convenient for the on-site operator to adjust the speed according to the production needs;

4) In the output of the control loop, TA and TC are the fault output terminals of the inverter. When the inverter is faulty, the input signals COM and X10 of the PLC are closed, and the program control system alarms and stops automatically.
