one,         Unable to start
First check each protection device, such as lubrication protection, pressure overload protection, door and window safety protection, main motor overload protection, feeding motor overload protection, and eliminate them one by one. If you can't turn on, look for professional electricians to check the line and find out the reason.
two,         Abnormal sound of equipment vibration
Reasons: 1. The timing belt is too tight or too loose, and the adjustment can be moderate;
2 , the motor and the mechanical transmission part produce a phased resonance, to avoid the use of the vibration section speed;
3 , long-term use causes a large gap in the transmission part, the parts are loose, the gap should be adjusted, and the machine parts should be tightened;
4 , the granule powder is too thick and sticky, causing plugging and adjusting the particles to solve;
5 , shaft, bearing lack of oil, wear, regular inspection, replacement;
6. The main worm gear box is short of oil and wear, generates noise, and regularly replaces the lubricating oil;
7. The pressure on both sides of the double-pressure tablet press is unbalanced and the adjustment is consistent.
Third, rail guide, punch wear
Regular oil injection, to ensure that the rail guide lubrication, damage to light repair, serious replacement.
Fourth, the film is unstable and out of tolerance
1. The length of the undershoot is not the same, causing the difference, repairing and replacing the new punch;
2 , the particles are hard, uneven size, foreign matter, powder, poor fluidity, high humidity, regranulation;
3 , the filling rail is seriously worn, the amount of turbulence is large, the difference is super, and the new one is replaced;
4. The forced feeding speed does not match the rotating speed of the turntable, and the adjustment is matched;
5 , the plug is severe or the damping is not uniform, and the cleaning mold, punching and damping are consistent.
Five, tablet lobes, layering
1. There are many granule powders, and the adhesion is small. It is necessary to reduce the powder and increase the binder;
2 , the particle water content is small, increase the humidity;
3 , the pressure is large, reduce the pressure.
Six, sticky punch, debris
1. The viscosity of the particles is large, the release agent is less, the release agent is added or a release agent is applied on the mold before production;
2 , the particle humidity is large, adjust the particles;
3 , the environment humidity is high, the temperature is high, to reduce the indoor humidity and temperature;
4 , the turntable is loose, tighten the turntable;
5 , the turntable punching is seriously worn, repair or replace the new turntable;
6. Under-crush wear, the height of the film is not enough, replace the new punch or pad higher than the track;
7. The surface of the sheet is damaged, the finish is low, and the mold is replaced or the shape of the light is changed.
The equipment may encounter different problems during use, such as counters, tachometer failure, adjustment failure, etc. The problems are ever-changing. In short, if the equipment is to operate normally and produce high-quality tablets, the particles must be good first.
