1, glucose

Drinking glucose water to livestock and poultry under high temperature conditions can reduce mortality, increase bred rate and increase body weight. Generally 4% of glucose water is used.

2, oligosaccharides

Adding oligosaccharides to the feed can improve feed utilization, increase daily gain and feed intake. Common oligosaccharides mainly include fructooligosaccharides, mannooligosaccharides, oligosaccharides, and the like.

3, sodium bicarbonate

Sodium bicarbonate neutralizes acidic substances in the blood and strengthens the body's buffering power. Normally supplemented with drinking water, the amount added is 0.1 to 0.2%.

4, potassium chloride

The addition of 60-80 grams of potassium chloride per kilogram of feed or drinking water can counteract the adverse effects of heat stress and increase production performance.

5, vitamin C

Vitamin C can ensure the stable secretion of corticosteroids, enhance the body's immune function, and participate in the immune response of cells and the body. Can be added to feed or drinking water, typically 200 mg per kilogram of body weight.

6, vitamin E

Vitamin E promotes the synthesis of immunoglobulins and enhances lymphatics

Cell activity improves the body's resistance to disease. Can be added to feed or drinking water, generally 200-300 mg per kilogram of body weight.

7, selenium

Selenium has good heat stress resistance. In general, 0.33 mg per kilogram body weight is used.

8, chromium

Adding 0.4 mg of yeast chromium per kilogram of diet can significantly reduce animal serum cortisol levels, enhance immunity, and improve livestock performance.

9. Fumaric acid

Fumaric acid can increase energy production, improve body resistance, and also has a sedative effect that can inhibit the central nervous system and reduce hot wheezing. Can be added in the diet, with a dosage of 0.1%.

10, citric acid

Citric acid can be oxidized into carbon dioxide and bicarbonate in the body and can buffer acidic metabolites. Can be added to the feed at a dosage of 0.1%.

11, succinic acid

Succinic acid is a good stress buffer and can be added to feeds in an amount of 1 to 3%.

12. Bacitracin zinc

The addition of Bacitracin zinc can relieve the adverse effects of heat stress. Generally, 50 mg of feed is used per kilogram of feed.

13, flavomycin

Flavomycin can increase the feed conversion rate, increase the absorption of nutrients, and improve immune function. Usually 5 mg of feed per kilogram of feed.

14, virginiamycin

Virginiamycin can increase the weight gain and survival rate of livestock and poultry under heat stress and improve feed utilization. Generally, the dosage is 15-20 mg per kilogram of body weight.

15, Asunic acid

Assunic acid has the effect of promoting protein synthesis, has a certain mitigation effect on heat stress, and has a significant effect on improving production performance. Generally, the amount of feed per kilogram is 30 to 100 milligrams.
